6 yrs ago Neo exp some haunting issue and was helped by me…
and today i was again engage by her to audit her new flat fengshui…
I went into house, n saw alot of so call feng shui cures were being displayed around the house….from the look can tell the house feng shui were being audit b4…
So i ask the couple directly…
they told me when they gt the ID to do the renovation, the ID told them he knows feng shui n will give them a free audit..n since its free, the couple happily agreed…
However after 3 months, things start to happen…Kay gt hook with gambling..he would travel to genting almost every weekends and gt himself totally dried with cents then come bk, and he lost intrest with his job..will take mc or find excuse not going to work…then slowly it gt worst…he start to dread going hm…even when hm, he will try to find fault with Neo n ended up with big arguments..in less than a few months..he was landed up with 100 over k of debts..
Neo also exp tremendous sleeping disorder ever since they move into the new house……..she hv a bad facial outbreak, lost of hair…and very very bad relationship with bosses and coll….n also grave situation with Kay
while listening to their story…i look at the house n their ba zi…i slowly can see where their problems comes from..
> both of them ba zi needs water and wood, but they painted their house in pink n best their feature wall is a big big sun pic..
> there is a very sharp corner directly facing their front door n the dis is less than 6 feet
> the master corner is jus at the door way and they place lots of so call 招财stuff
>the fm master place is full of useless gimmick feng shui cures make of copper

frankly speaking the house fengshui originally is not bad de..its the so call cures from the ID fengshui master that worsen the situation…

beside the fengshui remedies, i also help Neo to shoo away the spirits she hook on due to her neg tots and bad body energy…
as for Kay, i 启灵 for him and taught him my special method of meditation, to help him go thru this 10 yrs of dwn luck…if he can diligent prac.. i believe he will sail thru this 10 yrs smoothly…but if he lazy n discontinue…well good luck then…

I believe this case of Neo and kay is not an isolated case…many ppl is studying fengshui nowadays ..thinking that going for a few fengshui seminars or taking so call certified fengshui course..n after that they start to call themselves fengshui practitioner or even masters… and start to act pro n provide fengshui as a value added service..in their main line eg ID , property agent etc etc……

Neil road…
Long time din post anything abt my FS exp or ba zi exp..cos for this 2 months…nothing special..all quite routine cases…
I woke up 8am and went to neil rd to view 2 pub fengshui….really dun like the ideal of seeing fengshui at 9am on a sunday morning..haiz..but schedule too pack…bo bian.. nothing spectatacular..abt the 2 pub fengshui…but realize one of the pub gt set a earth diety altar and 1 dun hv…
i ask the owner issit the 1 with altar had better business..he agreed..the 1 without altar, gt 7 sectors contain undissolve energy…and saw 2 spirits habouring near the bar counter…
I ask the owner how many times the pub had been raid this month and hw many fights is there this month..the owner was shock…for the month of june..till date 4 raid and 5 fights..
but the 1 with earth diety altar which jus few units away..nothing happen at all..infact the shop with altar is more sleezy …..
I explain to the owner..the importance of hving earth diety altar in a shop and will help him set up 1 at the shop nex week..for the shop with exitsting altar…I teach him a earth diety mantra and help him to summon and seal the shop with ling energy…
b4 i did all this i make him to promise..every month he had to donate at lease 2 wheel chair to old folks home..the day he stop fullfilling the promise..is the day..he had to close the pub..he agreed..
1pm liao..tot of going hm to take a nap…his friend called and request me to go over to another row of pub to view fengshui…well since im already there..i took the offer..
6 pub..6 different deco different name..but 1 same problem…
The only soultion to these pubs…..is 移星换斗….I told the owner the conditions and my price…he thought of it during our kopi session .. and finally agreed .. I lookat the owner energy and face reading…know he is a good charcter person..worth helping…
I told him abt his next 3 yr luck…and offer him my xiu xing advice..and agreed…i went to his house and qi ling for him…he actually had very good buddhism back ground..and was quite astonish with Ling xiu….accidentally read his past lives..really a worth to teach person….well..gt myself a new student 2day…and i believe..he will excel better than me in no time….

Lor Ah Soo……..
Today was my 1st day of my this yr reservist…thought that for the next 10 days i will hv “peaceful” life..jus bk in bk out nia…but 2day early morning i recieve a call from my old client…he wanted me to respond imediately…
Mdm Goh live somewhere in lor ah soo….and recently 2 days ago there r 2 corpse found in a house jus next to her house. When the police were removing the corpse, her 2 daughter happend to jus came bk hm from sch and saw the corpse…
Immediately that night, her elder daughter had a fever and was weeping whens he was sleeping and the next day morning she was cry for no reason and refuse to go school..
the younger 1 had a sleep walking that nite and went to her dad pull his hair and beat him for no reason…
befor i went into their house, i went over to the the “victimise” unit. I sit outside the door and start chanting di zhang wang mie ding ye zhen yan….
there were negative energy felt but not those fierce fierce type…..i chanted for 20 mins and seal the door with my energy seal.
I went into my client house i look at the children, the elder 1 was bad…her face was tinted with darkish green energy….while the young 1 quite ok…
i ask the elder ger to sit infront of their goddness of mercy while i start chanting…i blast my energy at the kid from the crown charkra, she start to tremble…i point n press my index and middle finger on her head…she tremble even jia lat…
it took abt 20 min when her tremble die off…
i prepare a bucket of chanted salt and vineger solution and ask her to bathe with it…
for the young 1 , i merely do a energy sweeping for her..and lastly i did a blessing for the house and energy seal the windows and door…
Many time young children tend to b more sensertive to such nergative energy than adults..thats y i always advise my client not to bring children to wake or hospital visits.. unnessarily…
after the ritual..i felt very happy..i always feel good n happy when im able to solve my client problems…but behind such sense of satisfication…i did sacrifise alot…i need time to cultivate n during the process of cultivation i need to tahan alot of physical and emotions torture…and even changes in my mind and sub concious..i need to swollow alot of misunderstandings from parents, lover and friends…
to them…when they see how i cultivate, they thought i zhou huo ru mo..keep saying negative stuff to throw me wet blanket…and keep using ren xing to judge me…and suspect me…
yeah these is how my close 1 treat me…when they dun need my help…but when they need my help in cosmic energy stuff..they expect me to acomplish it..they tot things jus happen like dat..they dun noe. behind my success completetion of the job…i need to pay alot of hardwork and stand their negative comments…
haiz…maybe these are tests meant for me…well i can only gracefully accept it…
cos after weighing..the joy in helping and solving a problem is greater than the sadness i recieve in facing my loves 1…during cultivation…

the 2 case worth mentioning is a house i view at Boon Lay dr ..
The owner Mr Tang was a Tan Lang person, had a divorce few yrs bk…now buy this flat living alone…the previous owner was a indian, i went up the house and was surprise to see the whole house full of mirrios and the bed room. was painted in total black…there was kind of sticking energy in the flat….i check the fengshui of the house, for a rating 1 to 10…the flat i rate 2 , cos its really damn jia lat…the door had a 5 yellow and the qian gong also had a 5 yellow…the NE sector aka gui meng had a window and jus outside it , there are 3 tree standing like 3 joss stick ….there is a special name for this kind of ge ju…gui meng xun meng ju…meaning that ppl living in such house will easily hv depression or spirits prossession…Mr Tang is a person ji earth and there r 2 shi ling in his ba zhi…if he jus live in the flat without doing anything, i can forsee that within 6 months…he will jus jump dwn..
I advise Mr Tang to leave the house vacant for 3 months after washing the whole house with vineger and paint the room with light blue…b4 moving in.
- get a 9m 7 colour string chant 1080 times of an tu di zhen yan , and tie it at the 3 tree.
- for such a house a special date must be chose to move in….it hv to b a po ri
- a 6 rod windchimes with 3 qi ling hv to b put up at the door area.
- only metal bed can be use.
My darkest hour in life so far till nw is the time i spent in army…at Jurong camp…8 yrs ago
That period is when i exp my unluckiest 5 yrs of luck…
I fall sick very often and was tekan like mad in camp…
I remember there was one time i was hving a high fever abt 40 degrees n that morning i was at the parade sq waiting to go medical center to report sick..I was shivering…then there was this camp mate Ang standing near me…passing alot of sarcastic remarks like sick chicken lah chao keng n all sort of BKLTL remarks…i was feeling horrible and plus the remarks i really buay tahan…n i use my last bit of strengh wanted to fought with him…luckily other camp mate stop in time b4 the sergernt came…after that incident, this Ang was like a ke xing in my army life…keep giving me problem…we were so you yuan till we landed up the same unit even after i manage to “escape” from the camp
However…this week…I actually start teaching him xiu xing…and we both seems like hving shi yi zheng…became close friend…
I actually forgot abt all the past..it only strike me when i was observing him when he was initiating the zi fa gong…i was like..hey..this man was actually i hated so much …but how come im nw a mentor to him???This world is really 无常,as the hokkien saying goes “船头,船尾碰的到.” 凡事留一线,日后好想见.
Anyway..I guess..I must hv done alot of bad to him in past life….Its my duty/obligation to du him….will do my best…cos I want my “revenge” back kakakaka!!!

Met Ron at the mac , b4 i met him while i was doing his ba zhi…i was rather uneasy with his ba zhi, there are total6 七杀 in his ba zhi and he is a definte a weak water person..a typical chong wang ge person but there is 劫财扶身.his zi wei dou shu had a 太阴hua ji…
such person will definite hv a so call dual character….and his 大运even more shocking had 偏印..a sure die situation….
his a very fair ,clean looking young man around 25…i when through my normal opening speech and ask him if he is a gay….he open his eye big big and i was like oh oh….
then after a long silent..he confess..and told me his life story..
I make my stand clear im not prejudice against homo..
I told him according to his ba zhi, it seems like there is a bad sign this yr and most likely he will hv tao hua jie.., he agreed with me..cos the reason he wanted to see me is becos recently he wanted to break up with his boy friend but he is treatening to kill him..and his pestering is making him going berserk…
I explain to him a person had a confusing in gender is becos of homones…and the reason why the homones reacted this way is becos of 业气..and i as usual..blah blah my karma theory…
Ron told me since young tis confusion had brough him alot of misery…he really cant stand the inner torture of it and the phobia of letting his family member know abt it…. I ask him if really wana stop it? ..he say yes and and i offer him a package i tailor for him… his karmic sin was 杀业,邪念 和妄语...becos of his past life killing sin , thats why he had to go through such horrible mental torture…
I advise him to
- everyday copy 7 times 心经
- everyday chant 3000 times om ma ni peh meh hong
- be a life long vegeterian
- follow my meditation method everyday for 30 min
After listening, he say i siao….he say he cant do it…
well i told him if he refuse to settle his karmic debt asap…he wun b able to celebrate his next yr birthday..and im willing to use my reputation as a stake if he din do what i told him to do and he can still happily and healthily celebated his next yr birthday i will make a public apolagy in the paper….
He kept silent …for couple of min…and he say he will try…but not sure he will hv the stamina to maintain it… I advise him to go to temple and make a 大忏悔,and the 无形,will guide him… well….now im waiting for his weekly ” report”
Case 2
went to see fengshui for Mr sim at telok blangah, a four room flat…the house fengshui is so so…not too bad..i advise him the fundemantals of fengshui..jus b4 i leave..mrs sim suddenly stop me and ask me to take a look at her youngest son.. Harry..
Harry was 6 yrs old, but he is still unable to walk or talk….he move around on his four limbs and he cant utter a single words…this only communication is hand sign and screaming . Mr sim hv brought him to see lots of proffesional from doc to doc…no cure and advise mr sim to sent harry to special sch..
I check harry spine and use my third eye to look at Harry…
I saw a dog image..i guess harry previously was a dog, his ling content is still carrying his previous life enery thats why he cant be normal..

alot of us tot that hving a statue of a divine being at house will meant hving them at home… well..the ugly true that, its not true… Bodhisattva ,god , goddess etc etc..are just a force of divine energy, when we r praying we r not praying to the statue or the statue is alive looking at u…. when we r praying its our intention, or in a more “science ” way, our brain waves is reaching the divine energy… so dun hv to b too particular about hw n wat the statue look…

i gt a case where by a nice lady is soooooooo against praying to the goddes of mercy… the reason is that this lady was initially when young was very devoted to goddes of mercy…she will pray to her every morning when wake up, talk to her , and must pray to her b4 sleep…really supper devoted 1…but then 1 day ..her brother meet an accident and dead…from that day onwards.. she start to hv very negative feelings to goddes of mercy..she dun understand y she so devoted n she seek the goddes for her family protection everydayn y such tragedy still happen…???? Is she being betray by goddes of mercy?
i believe this is not an isolated case…many do hv such exp..when in trouble u pray to god for protection, but problem still dun solve…..hv our prayers being turn to deaf ears by the divine beings..???? well…hving the above thinking..is really being unjust to the divine beings…. 1st..they hv never ask us to pray to them, its us out of our admiration to them n start praying to them….they r divine beings…they can still b around even without our prayers…they r not our house security guards or our insurance agents..
2nd..the real judge to our life is not the gods…its karma, that decide our life…karma is the real judge to our life….god n goddes are jus our defending lawyers… if u hv convicted crimes n wish to plead for a lighter sentences…u still need to provide our defending lawyerswith valid proof ( which is our merits) so he or she can fight for us…if we dun hv proof… there is nothing he can do…… there are so many n really tooooooooo many ppl with wrong ideal n knowledge passing dwns from parents to kids, kids to kids..around us…
if we can start to see things with more TAO, maybe..the misery of living will be much cushioned…..

few days ago Met a man born in 1971 for a ba zhi consultation. A very charismatic chap working as a marketing consultant.
He is a Tian fu xing person , so i hv expected him to be a money sensertive and full of pride person. By right , such a person will not be intrested in knowing ba zhi..but he seems to be very eager to meet me…
as usual i met him at my favourite Mac…from his eyes i can see sadness and when i shake his hand i feel a very stale energy, so i believe 1 of his family member must hv jus pass away…n true enough after a small chat he reveal that his dad jus pass away 3 days ago…
I asked him for the reason he wanted to see ba zhi but he jus casually said that its for fun…so as usual i started my destiny analysis introduction….
as i hv expected, he gave me a nonchalant attitude…its only till I touch the karma part..he started to show some intrest….I breifly told him what i hv in my vision…and he keep asking….
he told me actually b4 me he had already consulted 4 others and they all said the same thing abt his previous life…all advise him to move away from his parents when he reach 35….but he refused to believe..n now he is guilty of his father death..
He was a person who take away many lives in his previous life, there are alot of ye qi carried in him…he is destined to ke fu ke mu ke xiong ke di ke qi ke zi ke nu…his liu qing yuan is super bad…

He took quite awhile to calm dwn…he asked me a shocking Qn,.should he kill himself to atone his sin.. so that his mom and his wife will not be affected..
it took me alot of effort to ease him and talk him round to follow my advise of xiu xing…
well.. tis 1 is really one of my headache cases…to make a guilty person to continue facing life positively is really tough….
this case do affect me alot…karmic debtors, they r soo well coordinated………..they can attack us through our siblings and loves 1…also through emotions and mentality…
i hv no confidence at all ….i can only try my best..haiz…im still a ling trap in a body after all………..

Being Con Again……..
recieve a call from my indonesia customer, CK in the afternoon..he sounds urgent i ask hin isit becos of business as …i tot its like normal time..whenever he came to sg, he will consult me regarding his business..he say yes, so abt 8pm, i happily go to trader hotel to meet him…
when he open the door, i sense something not rite! how come there is a smell of ling jie …and my left hand was shaking like mad….
i ask him is it his wife, he nod his head..
i came into the room, his wife was tied up lying on the bed moaning, Sam , CK bodyguard , stand nex to the bed…
he told me His mdm when past a river on saturday and that nite she keep crying, moaning and keep using her right hand to hit the wall…totally not behave like herself
as i came unprepared…i was like walao…jia lat liao…
i sit dwn on the floor, i ask sam to untie her ….
start summoning zhen qi and at the same time i chant Chinnabunchorn, mdm start to cry and vomit, she from bed roll dwn to floor, after i filled liao, i went over to mdm, sam help me to straighten her, i ask her wat she want in english..but she answer me in malayu,CK who is hiding in the toilet , walk to me n translate …
the spirit was a 16 yr old ger, she was rob and killed, the robber hv chop off her right hand and she was dead for 10 yrs.
i ask ck to ask her wat she want,she reply she want a home and mdm right hand.
i was really puzzle want mdm hand for wat, i ask ck to reply for me , for the nex abt 20 mins terms was still not settle , i decide not to talk anymore, i project my energy at her and start chanting liao..mdm scream and keep hitting her head at the wall, sam tried to get hold of her, but cant hold well, nex she start biting her tongue liao.. i quickly stop,
she talk again, ck said she is willing to stop if they willing to put up her at their hm, she jus want a home while waiting for the time..she dun want to wander any more. i ask ck…and tried very hard to convince ck its a best soultion and i promise him, he will hv no harm.ck told her we agreed ,she nodded her head and give a very cold smile and fall flat on ground.
mdm was unconcious liao, i told ck she will b fine.
i teach ck and sam wat to do when they go bk…ck still very worry, i explain to him that its jus like a sword , can attack n can defend…if he do according to wat he promise , she will do wat she promise as well….i also teach ck a mantra to b recite to the spirit everyday so as to help her to rebirth faster.
haiz….tot is jus a simple consultation appointment who knows it turns out to be soooo ma fan….again its proves my theory, customer cant be trusted………..

Feng Shui Viewing at AMK Ave 10
Was engaged to view a house at Amk this morning. A typical 4 room flat,
the fengshui analysis of this apartment is so so, not too bad jus that at the SW corner of the house , a sector of the lady owner hv some negative qi and poison arrows.
I advise the owner abt the cures, but she simply cant accept as she said it doesnt match her ideal….and she firmly said that she will not do it..well what can i say…its not the 1st time i encounter such thing..i can only say her karma is not good enough to let her hv good fengshui……..

Before I start sharing my day, I have to Thanks Shirley..she is so great!!! Helped me do up my this blog…
ok….Mr and Mrs Lin came my place today for a spiritual consultation…before that over the phone, Mrs LIn was very anxious,as she keep telling me Mr Lin is gui shang sheng…
When i welcome the couple at my door, i take a very good look at Mr lin face..there wasnt any dark aura around him and could see some shen yun in his eyes, so i guess its definitely not a gui shang sheng case….
After some friendly welcom speech and introduction, i invoite them to my room and Mrs Lin start to share…
she said hw terrible was mr when he was meditating , he will let out loud roar and whole body was shaking terribly…and he will open his mouth big big almost tering the face…
i check with mr lin how did he meditates, he told me his method and i think its perfecly fine and i also explain to them i dun see any xie qi on mr lin , so he confirmed not gui shang shen…….
Mrs lin refuse to accept…so i request mr lin to demo his meditation method .. true enough, after 5 mins, he was what Mrs Lin describe…roaring away..n was like in terrible pain ..i used my third eye and look and OMG!it was actully a case of yuan qing zai zhu!…past life debtors…
Mr Lin meditation method is actually summoning the zhen qi in mother nature into the body, and the zhen qi has actually stir the ye qi (negative karma energy in his body), trying to purge the ye qi out of the body…hwever the ye qi refuse to let go so easily and was fighting against the zhen qi , the fighting of the 2 energy cos mr lin to hv so reaction…it was actually a good thing, it shows that mr lin hv practising correctly , as long as the ye qi can be purge out completly mr lin will b able to clear of non physical karma…and if mr lin din do such practise, he will hv a very high tendecy of cancer…due to the work of ye qi..
i explain the whole thing to mrs lin..n after much struggle,she finially understand and accept it..i encourage mr lin to continue and dun give up..1 day when he hv clear the ye qi…he will cheng tao…
not many ppl understand ye qi, jus like mrs lin…if all of us could b like mr lin practising zhen qi meditation, then soon..cancer will no longer exist…or in another words , if all of us can do that, we will all not suffer from karmic illness….

Is She That Bad?
had a 15 miss call today while i was doing something, saw a very familiar number in the miss call folder…
its Mr ang, one of my poineer batch of customer when i 1st starting my fengshui business…
over the phone he told me some terrible thing hv happen n die die must meet me tonite…so bo bian i arrange an appoinment with him at 9 pm at the mac near my house…
after some little catch up, i ask him to relate his problem…..
well….its her daughter , ji this time…..a 15 yrs old ger….she was only 8 when i 1st meet mr ang….she had run a way from home last evening…. n mr ang hope that i can do some spiritual….stuff to make her come bk…
haiz…again ..he hv mistaken me as god….thinking i can always do miricles…

the reason she run away is becos , mr ang beat her up after knowing she go steady with a 19 yrs old ah beng…and in a moment of anger spilled out a dark secret….she was only actually mr ang adopted child from china…not blood related at all….
the problem with mr ang is that he pinned very high hopes in his ger…n always hv lots of expectations with her….
ji in zi wei dou shou , was a po jun zhuo ming person…a person not easily to tame
over the yrs, the tensions between both of them were strongly built…
over the conversation, mr ang never fail to say ji was very bad very horrible…very %$E&^%*()*…………….
i ask him….wat so big deal on the things she hv done? the only wrong thing that jia hv done is failing to comply his rules and regulation…and also not archiving his expectation…i explain to him, the time when he wanted to adopt this child is becos he wanted to be a father and raise a kid as her wife cant get pregnant..his intention is not to get asubsitute to archive wat he hv not being able to archieve in this life..or to fullfill goals that he cant fulfill…
he hv no right to force his thinking on this kid…

after some long winded explainations,he findally realise his mistake n his tears rolls…
he change to a pleading tone ask me to help find ji…i took out my yi jing card and do a prediction…well i told him no need to worry, she will b bk in 3 days time..n i advise him, after she is bk , bring her to me…for a round of counselling….
well….. i guess…this ger must be badly shaken, hit by a man who she regards as father so badly, and after 15yrs suddenly realise her so call parents was actually not blood relatated to her….
this will definitly b a deep scar in her life…hope i can do my part to help her..
